The meeting was called to order by John Wilkinson at 7:08 PM.
- Minutes of Prior Meeting:
Approval of the minutes of the March 24, 2014 meeting was tabled until June 2, 2014.

- Discussion of name change to Human Resources Board (Advisory)
A brief discussion took place regarding changing the name of the Personnel Board to be current with what the role of the Board is. Diane Doyle will contact MMPA to see what other communities use for a name. Also Mark will check with Tracy Blais, Town Administrator for recommendation.
The next meeting of the Personnel Board will be held on Monday, June 2, 2014 at 7:00 PM at Town Hall. An additional June meeting is tentatively scheduled for June 30, 2014 at 7:00 PM
- A motion was made by Diane Doyle and seconded by Steve Salvo to adjourn at 7:40
